THE SEASON ONE SPRINT

Your Podcast Out Of Your Notes App & Live on Spotify in 30 Days

Season One Sprint is a 30 day podcast launch plan built for business owners + founders who are ready to FINALLY launch the show - without the YouTube rabbit holes or £2k price tag.

You’ve been saying you’re going to start a podcast for months.

Give me 30 days.

Season One Sprint is a guided 30-day podcast launch experience for business owners + founders who are ready to FINALLY get their show out of their head and into the world.

Over 30 days, I’ll walk you through the whole process step by step - from shaping your idea + creating your cover art to recording, editing and figuring out WTF an RSS feed is.

No huge course. No information overload. Just a clear plan, expert human support + one goal: get your podcast launched.

BETA ROUND — £299 / 5 SPOTS AVAILABLE
Season One Sprint will increase to £599 after beta.

You don’t need more information. You need a plan.

There is already enough free information online to launch a podcast 100 times over. So if more tutorials, saved posts and “best podcast mic for beginners” Google searches were going to get yours launched, you’d probably have one by now.

Season One Sprint gives you the opposite:

  • One clear step-by-step process

  • One task in front of you at a time

  • Everything you need + nothing you don’t

  • An actual human to ask when you get stuck

Less learning about launching a podcast. More actually launching one.

Here’s how we’ll get you there.

WEEK ONE - PLAN IT

Turn the idea in your head into an actual show. Nail your concept, format, audience, name + first episode ideas.

WEEK TWO - BUILD IT

Create your cover art, choose your equipment + get your recording setup sorted without falling into a tech rabbit hole.

WEEK THREE - RECORD IT

Plan + record your first episodes and learn a simple, beginner-friendly editing process using Descript.

WEEK FOUR - LAUNCH IT

Set up your hosting, tackle the mysterious RSS feed, upload your episodes + get your podcast out onto Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

30 days. Four clear stages. One podcast that actually exists at the end of it.

And what makes the Sprint different…you’re not in it alone.

This isn’t a self-paced course I hand over and leave you to figure out.

You’ll have direct Slack access to me throughout the Sprint for questions, feedback + accountability.

Send me the mic test. Ask me which cover art works better. Tell me you’ve fallen behind. Ask the question you’re convinced is stupid. Let me stop you before you spend three hours researching something you absolutely do not need yet.

You’re learning how to run your own podcast, with a podcast expert in your corner while you do it.

What’s included?

Everything you need to get your podcast launched - without figuring it out alone.

  • A clear 30-day plan in Notion: broken down week by week, so you always know exactly what to do next.

  • Direct access to me in Slack: ask questions, get unstuck + get expert help whenever you need it.

  • Personal feedback along the way: from your podcast idea + cover art to your mic setup and first episodes.

  • Simple, beginner-friendly guidance: equipment, recording, editing, hosting + all the tech stuff, without the overwhelm.

  • Accountability to actually get it done: so your podcast doesn’t quietly slip back to the bottom of your to-do list.

Think of it less like a course, and more like having a podcast expert in your pocket for 30 days.

Who it’s for?

This is for you, if you’ve been thinking about starting a podcast for months (or years), but keep getting stuck somewhere between the idea and actually pressing publish.

You want to:

  • Finally stop talking about your podcast + launch it

  • Know exactly what to focus on each week

  • Learn to run your show yourself

  • Avoid wasting hours researching every tiny decision

  • Have someone there when you get stuck

  • Create deeper content without constantly feeding the short-form machine

You don't need another course about podcasting. You need something that gets you to launch day.

Why Season One Sprint?

I kept having the same conversation with business owners: “I really want to start a podcast, but I don’t know where to start.”

They had the ideas. They wanted somewhere to share their voice, go deeper than short-form content and build a stronger connection with their audience. But when it came to actually launching, the options didn’t really fit.

You could spend thousands hiring an agency or podcast manager to do it all for you. Or you could buy a generic DIY course, work through a mountain of modules alone and, let’s be honest, probably never finish it.

I wanted something in the middle.

Season One Sprint gives you the structure of doing it yourself, with the support of having an expert beside you.

You’ll learn how to launch + run your own podcast, but you’re not left alone to figure it out. You have a clear 30-day plan, direct access to me when you get stuck, personal feedback + someone keeping you moving all the way to launch day.

DIY, without the do it alone part.

What if I’m overwhelmed?

Then you’re exactly who I built the Sprint for.

As someone with ADHD, I know the cycle well: something feels exciting, then suddenly there are 400 decisions to make, overwhelm kicks in and nothing gets done.

So I built the Sprint to work differently. The Notion dashboard is intentionally spacious + calm, with everything you need and nothing you don’t. You’ll focus on one clear step at a time, with a few little dopamine boosts built in along the way to make getting to the finish line actually feel good.

And if you still get overwhelmed? That’s exactly what the Slack support is there for. Come and tell me you’re stuck, behind, spiralling over a decision or have no idea what to do next. We’ll figure it out together and get you moving again.

You don’t have to be good at staying on track to join.

I’m committed to making Season One Sprint the best it can possibly be. Feedback from actual Sprinties (of course we have a group name already) is essential for me to know exactly what’s working brilliantly, where you need more support and what we can taweak before the full launch.

And importantly: BETA doesn’t mean untested. The Season One Sprint process has already helped founders go from podcast idea to a real show, launched and out in the world.

The process works. This BETA is simply about refining the experience around it.

That’s why I’m keeping this round to just 5 Sprinties and offering it for £299 before the price increases to £599. In exchange, I’ll ask for your honest feedback as you go - one quick form each week, taking no more than five minutes.

You get the most hands-on version of the Sprint, with close access to me + the lowest price it’ll be offered. I get to build the final experience around what founders actually need when they’re in it.

Win win.

Why the BETA round?

Who is the Sprint not for?

Probably not for you if...

You want someone to do the entire launch for you (my done-for-you services are a much better fit), you’re looking for highly technical production training, or you’re not ready to actually take action over the next 30 days.

You also need to be happy to provide honest feedback throughout the beta - that's part of the deal in exchange for the reduced price!

Your podcast doesn’t need another six months in your Notes app.

You’ve got the idea. You’ve got things to say. And you already know you want to do this.

Give me 30 days and let’s get the thing launched.
